Priyadarshini Spinning Mills Ltd has registered a net income of Rs 44.80 crore during the third quarter ended December 31, 2006, as against Rs 41.30 crore in the same period last financial year. The company's net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 96 lakhs (Rs 91 lakhs).

For the nine-month period, the company achieved a total income of Rs 132.41 crore as against Rs 107.30 crore. The net profit for the period was at Rs 3.06 crore (Rs 2.64 crore).
