Hyderabad, Feb. 4

Infotech Enterprises Ltd has launched operations in Kakinada in a development centre created by Software Technology Park of India (STPI), Kakinada. Infotech plans to shortly launch its operations in Visakhapatnam. This facility is the result of the joint effort of STPI and Infotech to project Kakinada as a tier II destination of choice for IT companies.

In a statement, Infotech said its Kakinada facility has potential to host 120 associates. To begin with, Infotech will employ over 60 associates from the region and later scale up to 120 engineers by end March. This facility will be an incubation centre and based on six months experience, the company intends to develop a full-fledged facility owned and operated by Infotech.
