Chennai Feb. 5 The Ma Foi group has announced its Rs 42-crore domestic and international expansion plan for the next fiscal. The company is setting up global delivery centres at Mumbai (for the banking, financial services and insurance vertical), Bangalore (for the information communication technologies vertical), Malaysia (energy and infrastructure vertical) and Chennai (for developing domain neutral processes).

These will offer complete solutions related to recruitment process outsourcing, said Mr Pandia Rajan, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ma Foi Management Consultants, at a press conference today.

The company is also setting up offices at Thailand (a wholly owned company), Hong Kong, Shanghai, Manila, Brunei, Doha (in collaboration with a local partner), Saudi Arabia (a 60: 40 joint venture with a Dubai-based company), Egypt and Kuwait. As of now, Ma Foi is present in nine countries, mainly in South East Asia and the Gulf countries.

Retail job centres

Domestically, the company plans to set up about 15 `retail job centres' in New Delhi, Gurgaon and Bangalore by the first half of next fiscal.

Candidates could walk into retail job centres close to their locality and apply for jobs. Their resumes will be made available to companies across India and the globe, he said.
