Hyderabad, Feb. 6

Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corporation, today presented a $15,000 grant to project Krushi, a programme aimed at rehabilitation and education of homeless and needy children in Hyderabad. This takes the total contribution to the project to $45,000 since 2005. The Vice-President of Engineering Module Centres, Pratt & Whitney, in a statement said, "The Krushi project is dedicated to improving the educational opportunities and standard of living for many children in need. We look forward to work with the project on the advancement of math and science education."
