Pune Feb. 7 Los Angeles-based recruitment-company Summit HR Worldwide has launched a new company to focus on the recruiting needs of local companies and multinationals entering and expanding their operations in the country.

Summit India, headquartered in Pune, is in partnership with The Superior Group, USA. It entails an additional financial investment of around $5 million to expand existing operations and open additional recruitment process centres to service Indian clients. In addition to centres in Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi and Pune, a new centre is being set up in Mumbai. Leading Summit India, as president and country head is Mr Kunal Banerji.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr Ranjan Sinha, Chairman and CEO, Summit HR Worldwide said, "This partnership provides our clients with a global footprint to attract talent and leverage best practices, process, resources and technology to help them win the war for talent. We will redefine and set a new standard for how recruitment services are delivered in India."
