GETIT to publish Bizlist for Dakshina Kannada

Mangalore Feb. 9 GETIT Infoservices Ltd, which publishes telephone directories and yellow pages in over 28 cities, will release the first issue of GETIT Bizlist of Dakshina Kannada district in the fourth quarter of the current calendar year, according to Mr K.D. Kini, Chief General Manager of GETIT Infomediary Ltd, the parent company.

Speaking to presspersons on Friday, he said that the GETIT Bizlist is an independent directory with the most comprehensive and updated information in a new format.

Every business telephone subscriber, irrespective of the service provider, will get a free listing in the GETIT Bizlist. In the first phase, GETIT Bizlist is being introduced in cities such as Mangalore, Ernakulam, Coimbatore, Bangalore and Chennai.

Based on the overwhelming response from the market for GETIT Corporate Pages, GETIT Infoservices Ltd has introduced GETIT Bizlist, he said.

RESTRUCTURING

As a restructuring exercise, GETIT Infomediary Ltd has launched a new company called GETIT Infoservices Ltd to acquire and consolidate various products that were under various group companies.

The company will soon introduce new print products, fully integrated online products and comprehensive voice products, he said.

PORTAL FACELIFT

Mr Kini said that tradeget.com, the export-import portal of the company, would get a facelift soon.

The number of catalogues in the portal will be increased from 16,000 to 1.60 lakh by the end of the calendar year.

The portal provides an integrated business solution for the export-import community to initiate and expand international trade.

To mark its 20th year of service, GETIT plans to organise a festival of music and laughter in Mangalore on February 11, he added.
