Corporation Bank has announced that some of its branches in Mangalore will accept cheques up to 4 p.m., from Monday to Friday (working days), for presenting them for the overnight cheque clearing. A bank release said here on Friday that this would make the funds available to the account-holders the next working day. Following are the names of branches: Car Street, Bunder, Kankanady, Poonja Arcade, Kodialbail, Padavu, M.G. Road, Ram Bhavan Complex, NRI-Jeppu, and Jeppu in Mangalore.
