Yashraj Films, FXLabs partner for `Dhoom 2' PC game

Hyderabad Feb. 10 Game development and outsourcing services provider FXLabs Studios has announced it has signed an exclusive agreement with Yashraj Film Studios to develop a PC game based on the popular action thriller Dhoom 2.

With Dhoom 2 title, Hyderabad-based FXLabs has begun development of the game and expect to complete it by the end of 2007. The Bollywood-based game will feature characters from Dhoom 2 and each character will be recreated in full 3D and brought to life by the FXLabs team of programmers, artists and animators.

The CEO of FXLabs Studios, Mr Tony Garcia, in a statement said: "for the Dhoom 2 videogame, we aim to tap the rapidly growing consumer market in the sub-continent as well as the broader international market for Indian content."
