A.V. Kamat is new HMT chief

Hyderabad, Feb. 12

HMT Ltd has a new Chairman and Managing Director in Mr A.V. Kamat. He has taken over from Mr S.A. Zahed, who retired on January 31. Prior to this, Mr Kamat was Managing Director of HMT Machine Tools Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of HMT Ltd, according to a press release here.
