Mudra Lifestyle IPO subscribed 4.4 times

Mumbai Feb. 14 The initial public offering of Mudra Lifestyle Ltd was oversubscribed 4.40 times on the BSE and NSE at 7 pm. Bids were received across the price band of Rs 75-Rs 90 with more bids received at the lower end of the band at Rs 75.

Over 4.21 crore bids were received against the issue size of 95.80 lakh shares; 78.97 lakh bids were received at the cut-off price.

SBI Capital Markets Ltd is the book-running lead manager to the issue.

Oriental Trimex

The initial public offering of Oriental Trimex Ltd was subscribed 1.02 times on the BSE and NSE at 7.00 pm. Bids were received across the price band of Rs 40-Rs 48. About 95.5 lakh bids were received against the issue size of 94 lakh shares; Allianz Securities Ltd is the book running lead manager to the issue.
