New Delhi, Feb. 15

To ensure safety in the Indian skies, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation has not allowed between 20 and 25 foreign pilots to fly. ``At least 20-25 foreign pilots from a total of more than 500 have been sent back as they were not fluent in English," the Director General of Civil Aviation, Mr Kanu Gohain, said. DGCA officials indicated that the pilots sent back were mainly from the Commonwealth of Independent States, East Europe and Indonesia.
