Air Deccan gets new CFO

Bangalore, Feb. 16

Air Deccan has appointed Mr Ramki Sundaram as the company's Chief Financial Officer. The company's Director, Finance, Mr M.G. Mohan Kumar, resigned recently from Air Deccan and will henceforth be associated as a consultant with the airline, a press statement from Air Deccan said. Mr Sundaram, an investment banker has over 10 years experience in the aviation industry. His last assignment was with Investec Bank of UK and played a key role in structuring a unique funding deal along with a German bank for the airline through which the airline received $100 million.
