Provogue shareholders okay biz plans

Provogue India Ltd has informed the BSE that the shareholders at the EGM held on February 16, have approved increase in the company's authorised share capital from Rs 18 crore to Rs 23 crore and amendment to the capital clause of Memorandum of Association. They have also given nod for amendment to the Articles of Association of the company, issue of 32.5-lakh equity shares on a preferential basis to FIIs and foreign investors, and issue of 18-lakh convertible warrants on a preferential basis to promoters.
