Hyderabad Feb. 21 Prithvi Information Solutions Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has launched a $50-million zero coupon foreign currency convertible bonds offerings due in 2012.

The offering has been approved by the shareholders of the company by way of a special resolution at the annual general meeting held on September 29, 2006. These bonds will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd. This offering has been fully subscribed and the conversion price for the bonds has been fixed at Rs 469.13 per equity share.

The yield to maturity on the bonds would be 8.58 per cent.

Edelweiss Capital Ltd acted as the placement agents and adviser to the company for this issue.
