Mergers & Acquisitions Integreon buys US co Our Bureau
The acquisition has been funded through Ayala Corporation, Integreon's majority shareholder, said a news release from the company. However, further financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Upon completion of the acquisition, CBF's management team will continue to oversee day-to-day operations of the company's recently expanded North Dakota facility, said a release from the company. Mr Liam Brown, Integreon's CEO, said: "This centre, in a cost-efficient US location of Fargo, will give us the ability to offer legal clients industrial scale outsourcing solutions both onshore and offshore."
