SAP bags top slot in IDC survey

SAP India has bagged the top slot in the enterprise applications category annual Dataquest Customer Satisfaction Audit survey 2007 conducted by IDC. The category covers enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and supply chain management. The survey results, according to a SAP release, said that Indian companies rated SAP enterprise applications high on key parameters such as product reliability, responsiveness to specific talent requirements, domain knowledge of customers business and post sales support.
