Mumbai Feb 23 The initial public offering of AMD Metplast Ltd was subscribed 5.11 times on the BSE and NSE at 7.00 pm.

A total of 4.65 crore bids were received against the issue size of 90,96,520 shares; 2.29 crore bids were received at the cut-off price. Chartered Capital and Investment Ltd is the book running lead manager to the issue.
