Mumbai, Feb. 23

The initial public offering of Raj Television Networks Ltd was subscribed 2.96 times on the BSE and NSE at 7.00 p.m. Bids were received across the price band of Rs 221-Rs 257.

1,05,56,200 bids were received against the issue size of 35,68,250 shares, while 76,01,425 bids were received at the cut off price.

Vivro Financial Services Pvt Ltd is the book running lead manager to the issue.
