Bombay Rayon acquires stake in UK co

Mumbai, Feb. 23

Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has acquired 70 per cent stake in UK based-DPJ Clothing Ltd for $2.9 million (Rs 13.30 crore). The acquisition of DPJ Clothing Ltd was approved by the board of directors of Bombay Rayon through the purchase of 420 ordinary shares, making it a foreign subsidiary of the company. DPJ Clothing Ltd is engaged in the business of wholesale marketing and distribution of clothing products.
