Datamatics MD resigns

Datamatics Technologies Ltd said that Mr Manish Modi has resigned from the position of Managing Director and CEO and also as a Director of the company. Mr Rahul L. Kanodia has been appointed as a new Whole-Time Director and designated as Vice-Chairman and CEO. The board accepted Mr Modi's resignation at its meeting held on February 21, according to a communication with the BSE. Repeated attempts to contact Mr Modi and Dr L.S. Kanodia, Chairman of Datamatics Technologies, proved futile.
