Rail travel still cheaper than airlines

New Delhi Feb. 26 Despite low fare offers by some domestic airlines, rail travel continues to be cheaper in the country. According to sources, the cheap airfares on offer are only a handful whereas the average air travel continues to be expensive.

However, savings on time and "aspiration to travel by air'' are some of the factors which are making the aviation sector confident.
