Finnish nod for Aurobindo unit

Hyderabad, March 1

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has announced that NAM (National Agency for Medicines), Finland has given the go-ahead for the manufacture of Cefuroxime injectable 750 mg and 1,500 mg at its Unit-VI facility in Chitkul village of Medak district.

The Finnish authorities were satisfied with the manufacturing practices at the site and stated that it fulfils the prescribed EU-GMP standards, according to a company press release.
