Bangalore March 2 TNT India Pvt Ltd has reorganised its business structure by creating two business arms catering to the Air Express and Road Express business respectively.

The company announced on Friday that it has appointed separate business heads for the units.

Mr Sanjiv Kathuria will head the Air Express business while Mr Sujoy Guha, will be the Chief of the Road Express division.

The company's decision follows its objective of focusing on accelerated business growth and rapid integration of Speedage under the revised structure.

The Netherlands-based TNT Express has acquired the Mumbai-based ARC India Ltd, which operated under the trade name Speedage Express Cargo Services, as part its strategic objective to become the leading provider of express deliveries in the emerging markets, especially in India.

The acquisition was made in September last year.
