Pai International to expand

The Bangalore-based Pai International Electronics Ltd (PIEL) — which operates a chain of electronics and consumer durable outlets in Bangalore — is planning to expand its network in the State. Addressing presspersons here, Mr Rajkumar Pai, Managing Director of PIEL, had said that plans are there to add five outlets in different parts of the State and five more in Bangalore by the next financial year. In this regard, PIEL will open an outlet in Mangalore on March 3 and another in Udupi soon. The company has eight branches in Bangalore. The turnover of the company stood at Rs 80 crore in the last financial year. "We are expecting a turnover of around Rs 100 crore this year," he added.
