Kochi, March 4

Mr K.P. Padmakumar, former Chairman of Federal Bank, is scheduled to address the students of Rajagiri School of Management, Kochi, on the Union Budget - Banking and Economy, on Tuesday. The programme is being organised by the Business Line Club.

The banking sector also has to play the social role as the facilitator of greater financial inclusion among large segments of rural India.
