Ahmedabad March 5 In the likelihood of "sun outage" affecting online trading and clearing during March 5-19, the National Multi-Commodity Exchange (NMCE) has extended the trading session by 45 minutes. During this period, members using VSAT may face network-related problems or temporary loss of connectivity with INSAT-3A affecting KU Band and with INSAT-3C affecting Ext-C Band. The "sun outage" timing varies from place-to-place as per the longitude and latitude of the place, NMCE said in a release here. Accordingly, the trading session on NMCE terminals has been extended up to 17.45 hours instead of 17 hours on weekdays, and up to 14.45 hours instead of 14 hours on Saturdays.
