The Ambassador of Austria for South Asia, Dr Jutta Stefan Bastl, will inaugurate the two-day 26th annual Management Convention, organised by the Kerala Management Association (KMA) here at Hotel Le Meridien on March 8. The main theme of the convention is `Emerging entrepreneurial era', while the sub-themes are `Sustaining growth in a flat world', `Leveraging resources for winning results' and `Emerging global Indian'. Mr Subir Raha, President, All-India Management Association and former CMD, ONGC, would be the chief guest. Mr Suhas Gopinath, CEO and President, Globals Incorporate, will be the special guest. Col Faiz-ur-Rahman, President, Institute of Management of Sri Lanka and Mr M.A. Salim, President, Qatar Management Association, will deliver felicitations at the inaugural session. Mr S.K. Swamy, CEO; Mr R.K. Swamy, BISDO Advertising, Chennai; Ms Lalita Gupte, Chairperson, ICICI Ventures, Mumbai, and Ms Padma Ravichander, Managing Director, Perot Systems, Bangalore, will chair the technical sessions on March 9. Mr P. Sundaram, Executive Vice-President, Lucas TVS, Chennai; Dr Mithilesh Jha, Professor, IIM, Bangalore; Dr Mathew Manimala, Professor, IIM, Bangalore; Mr Rakesh Jhunjunwala, CEO, Rare Enterprises, Mumbai; Mr Frederic Amoudru, CEO, BNP Paribas, Mumbai, and Mr K.N.andakumar, President, Sun Tec Business Solutions (P) Ltd, Thiruvananthapuram, are the speakers.
