Fidelity ups stake in House of Pearl

New Delhi March 5 Textile firm House of Pearl Fashions India Ltd has said that FMR Corporation, Fidelity International, along with their direct and indirect subsidiaries bought 1.84 per cent stake in the company.

After this purchase, the holding of FMR Corporation, Fidelity International and their subsidiaries rose to 6.13 per cent in House of Pearl Fashions, a statement from the company said.
