City Union Bank trims NRE rates

Coimbatore, March 7

City Union Bank Ltd has effected a downward revision in its FCNR and NRE deposit rate with effect from March 1. The rate on NRE deposit for tenure of up to one year has been slashed to 5.74 per cent (5.93), 5.55 per cent (5.85) for 2 years and 5.48 per cent (5.80) for 3-year maturity slab.

The FCNR dollar deposit rate has been revised to 4.99 per cent (5.18) for 1 year, 4.80 per cent (5.10) for 2 years, 4.73 per cent (5.05) for 3 years, 4.72 per cent (5.05) for 4 years and 4.74 per cent (5.06) for 5 years.
