Parsvnath picks up balance stake

New Delhi, March 7

Real estate firm Parsvnath Developers Ltd announced on Wednesday that it had acquired the balance 50 per cent stake in Parsvnath Landmark Developers Pvt. Ltd, (PLDPL) its equal joint venture with cement producer OCL India Ltd. The firm did not disclose the amount of the transaction. This now makes PLDPL a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Currently, the subsidiary has two key commercial and residential projects under implementation. This involves the construction and development of a Shopping Mall at Faridabad and a high-end premium residential project at Khyber Pass, Delhi.
