Andhra Petro to expand capacity

Hyderabad, March 8

Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd has decided to expand its plant capacity from 39,000 tonnes per annum to 73,000 tonnes per annum for manufacture of oxo alcohols, i.e., 2-ethyl hexanol, normal butanol and iso butanol. The Tanuku-based company informed the BSE that its board meeting on March 7, had considered and approved the expansion proposal.
