Optimum Media Solutions (OMS), the specialist media independent belonging to the Mudra Group, has just been appointed as the media agency for Sobha Developers, one of India's largest real estate organisations, according to a press release. The scope of work includes media planning, buying and implementation. OMS will also deliver holistic media solutions beyond traditional mass media.
