Coimbatore, March 13

Avaya Inc is all set to integrate communications with Google Apps to provide productivity-enhancing solutions for small businesses. For integrating communications, Avaya has tied up with Google Enterprise Professional program to develop new capabilities for small businesses around the latter's enterprise products.

Under the terms of the agreement, Avaya would develop, market and support offers that integrate with its advanced communications solutions with the new Google Apps Premier Edition, the subscription services solution for e-mail, instant messaging, calendar and Web publishing services. This collaborative effort would focus on Avaya IP Office, Avaya's flagship IP telephony communications solution for small and mid-size businesses, with availability planned for fall 2007.
