IDFC fund to invest in Sical Logistics

Chennai March 13 IDFC Private Equity Fund II intends to invest Rs 110 crore in Sical Logistics Ltd, a press release from Sical says. The investment will be made by subscription to a preferential offer of shares to the fund, the release says.

Alongside, Sical also proposes to become a pure-play logistics company by divesting all non-logistics business.
