Real estate major Parsvnath Developers will set up five star hotel and a commercial mall in Ahmedabad entailing an investment of Rs 250 crore.

The project, spread across an area of 22,365 sq mt, would include a five-star hotel, multiplex and mall in Viljalpur in Ahmedabad and is slated for completion in about two years, a company release said. Parsvnath has already tied up with a few retailers as well as Movietime Cineplex Private Ltd, which would manage the multiplexes in the mall. It is also in talks with some international and domestic hotel chains, it said.
