AP Govt fiat to sugar mills

Hyderabad, March 18

The Andhra Pradesh Government has asked sugar mills to crush the entire agreed amount of cane at the earliest and advised them to take up the crushing of excess cane also. The State Minister for Sugar, Dr J. Geeta Reddy, requested the cane growers to observe patience in the disposal of sugar cane. The Government is committed to their welfare, she assured them.
