Hyderabad, March 19

Divis Laboratories Ltd (DLL) has declared an interim dividend at 100 per cent (Rs 10 per share) on equity capital of the company for the financial year 2006-07 to all the equity shareholders. The decision was taken at the meeting of the board of directors of the company held on March 17.

Meanwhile, the company's compensation committee, which also met the same day, made the allotment of 92,720 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees under ESOP 2006 Scheme of the Company. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the company will increase to 1,29,114, 20 equity shares from 1,28,187, 00 equity shares, DLL informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
