IVRCL bags 33 acres in Noida

Hyderabad, March 20

IVRCL Infrastructure & Projects Ltd announced it has secured allotment of 33 acres in Sector 118 of Noida for group housing at a cost of Rs 228 crore.

In a statement, the company said it plans to construct 2.9 million sq ft of dwelling space comprising 1,800 units at an estimated cost of about Rs 800 crore.

The project would be funded through internal accruals and debt, and the development is expected to begin by August 2007. The project is expected to generate revenues of about Rs 1,007 crore over three-five years.
