Mumbai March 20 The RBI on Tuesday issued revised draft guidelines on implementation of new capital adequacy framework. These guidelines are now open for a second-round of consultation for a period of three weeks from today.

The RBI had earlier issued draft guidelines and invited feedback from banks.
