Suryajyoti raises $10 m

Hyderabad March 21 Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has raised $10 million by issuing foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB). The bonds, which have been listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, are convertible into shares at Rs 85 a share. These funds would part finance the new bottom-weight fabric facility that is expected to begin production in 2008.
