`Channel' resellers of Intel tools

Our Bureau

Bangalore March 22 Intel India has nominated three resellers into a channel programme for Intel software tools.

Tata Elxsi will focus on performance computing segment, the Mumbai-based Softcell on enterprise and Sonata on Education.

The channel programme for Intel software products was announced in October last year across Asia, with India leading it. "These are the tools software developers need the most to enable them to exploit parallelism from multi-core processors," said Mr Phil De La Zerda, Marketing Director for Intel's Developer Products Division, in a release issued by the company. As part of the plan to continue the spread of parallelism to software developers with their seminars will be organised.
