Outsourcing SITEL to start BPO at Gurgaon Our Bureau

We expect the Gurgaon to be the largest centre here," said Mr Safir Adeni, Chief Executive Officer, SITEL India Ltd. SITEL India employs 4,000 people in the country and 65,000 globally in 28 countries. The company's 73 per cent business is based on voice services and the remaining comes from the non-voice segment. It is a $2 billion company, of which $500-million is accrued out of its domestic operations.
