Chennai March 24 Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS) is starting a one-year post academic certificate programme in Organisation Development starting this May, according to a press release.

The four-phase programme will equip candidates to design and lead planned strategies to handle change in their organisations. Course modules will focus on areas such as organisational diagnosis, intervention strategies and methods, team building, and leadership besides mentoring sessions by ISABS trainers.

Corporate executives with at least five years experience in leadership roles, freelance consultants, behaviour science trainers and human resources professionals would benefit from the programme, said the release.

ISABS is a non-profit professional body that promotes learning through experience sharing.
