Tata Green launched in Kerala

Tata AutoComp GY Batteries Pvt Ltd has introduced Tata Green, the new range of environment friendly car batteries, in the Kerala market. The product has several unique features like longer battery life and shelf life as compared to traditional batteries, high levels of vibration resistance on all types of Indian roads, ability to withstand extreme temperatures, higher cranking power for instant starts and and hassle-free performance. Mr Yogesh Dhawan, the company's CEO, said that the advanced technology from GS Yuasa International, Japan ensures that Tata Green batteries did not require top-ups or even maintenance for the first one-lakh km.

The company will introduce its range of batteries in all the key markets in the country over the next six months in a phased manner, he said.
