Sahil Group to focus on construction

Pune, March 26

Pune-based Sahil Group will focus on its construction business and build over 25 lakh square feet in the city, including housing projects, retail space and IT parks in areas such as Hadapsar, Bavdhan, Balewadi and Baner.

The groundbreaking ceremony of Sahil Saga, a premium housing project at Baner, was held on Monday. This is its third housing project in one year since the group forayed into the construction business. Sahil Saga is a project of 72 flats, which will undertake rainwater harvesting, have a provision for solar lighting systems and latest fire fighting system. The project will be completed by March 2009.
