Avaya unveils new tool

With the introduction of the customer interaction suite (CIS), Avaya plans to improve customer service. The components of CIS include call centre, interaction centre, voice portal, the new reporting and analytics platform - Avaya IQ According to an Avaya release, the solution would provide enhanced capabilities such as streaming video while providing a complete view of the customer experience.

The entire spectrum of enterprise resources from the contact centre to sales offices to supply chain to billing to other support functions would be capable of being instantaneously engaged to serve customers cost-effectively, regardless of location.
