India Today Group ties up with Daily Mail

New Delhi March 27 The India Today Group has tied up with the publishers of the Daily Mail, Associated Newspapers (ANL) to launch mainline newspapers in India.

"We are delighted that our first foray into mainline newspapers is in partnership with one of the leading newspaper publishers of the world - the Daily Mail Group. We share the same values of investment in editorial excellence," said Mr Aroon Purie, Editor-in-Chief of the India Today Group. Mr Kevin Beatty, Managing Director, ANL signed the joint venture on behalf of the British Publisher. ANL's portfolio includes The Mail on Sunday, the Evening Standard, Metro, London Lite and Loot.
