Yogi juices, `sharbat' in tetrapacks

Yogi vita juices and sharbats in tetrapacks and PET bottles from the Sarda group will hit the market on April 1. With production capacities worth about Rs 210 crore at its Anand and Nashik plants, the group expects sales to go up by 50-60 per cent in the next three years.

Of late, it has seen strong growth in Gujarat, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Assam and Andhra Pradesh. Mr Shrirang Sarda, Managing Partner, Sarda group, said, "Yogi brand occupies a unique position that lies between Ayurveda, FMCG, health food and drinks." The firm intends packaging Indian seasonal fruit and vegetable juices for the domestic market. The juices will cost Rs 15 per pack and the sharbats between Rs 65 and Rs 75 per bottle.
