BoM extends working hours

Pune, March 28

Bank of Maharashtra has extended banking hours in its designated branches to conduct government business. During this period, counters will remain open for the purpose up to March 31, to facilitate receipt of taxes from members of public even at late hour, a statement said.

All designated branches conducting government business will keep their counters open even in the States where March 31 is declared a public holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
