Karnataka Bank to raise Rs 150 cr

Karnataka Bank Ltd will raise Rs 150 crore via issue of tier-II bonds. The bank informed the BSE on Wednesday that the board of directors of the bank, which met on March 26, has decided to raise fund by issue of unsecured redeemable non-convertible subordinated (tier-II) bonds (series I) in the nature of promissory notes/debentures for cash up to Rs 150 crore.
